I have found out that i always have scales on my lips even during wet season. The situation is even worse this time of harmmattan. I think i am lacking some vitamins in my body.

Please, my fellow nairalanders, what could be wrong with my body? If u used to experience this kinda condition, how did u overcome it?

I guess you need to drink water... water not soda... water more often, ...need vitamin C... as in cherries/orange/lime....vitamin D as in fish/fish oil ... and for the coldness... rub lip balm/shea butter/blister or if need be vaseline on your lips to prevent cracking as a result of coldness and dryness of the air. Remember....I am guessing.
