Depending on the procurement method you want to implement, you should be looking at 1-2 billion naira, with fittings. That's a massive project you're planning to embark on! Though also note that this estimated cost will vary based on your design, location (Lagos, Enugu, PH) and a host of other key factors. NOTE - I'm a Quantity Surveyor, a specialist in construction costs. |
