50 Cent's Mansion On Sale For $18.5m Has Been Slashed To $8.5M - See Why by morereb10: 8:01am On Dec 19, 2015
50 Cent has had the property up for sale since 2007. 50 Cent has lowered the asking price for his Connecticut mansion to $8.5 million, according to the Associated Press and Hartford Courant. The G-Unit rapper first put the home up for sale in 2007 for $18.5 million and has slowly been reducing the price.

According to high-end residential real estate expert Rob Giuffria, “50 would have a better chance being a country music singer” than selling the property at $8.5 million. 50 Cent bought the 50,000 square foot home from Mike Tyson in 2003 for $4.1 million and spent between $6 million to $10 million on renovations. The property now hosts a nightclub, a casino, a basketball court, a helipad and a movie theater.

The mansion has 21-bedrooms and 25-bathrooms in Farmington, Connecticut, but it seems nobody wants to buy the home. 50 Cent filed for bankruptcy in July and, in court documents, he says he spends $72,000 per month on the home and $5,000 on gardening.

Editors Note: When i saw this news on HipHopDX, i became flabbergasted and asked myself, how do one get from their to here? It is indeed share stupidity.Making money is one thing, another thing is keeping it. A philosopher said and i quote: Climbing to the Apex is achievable but maintaining your balance their is discipline. Black Americans celebrities tends to turn up on this street sooner or later in their lives.

Take for example, Mike Tyson, Bobby Brown, Surgi Night, etc, these are celebrated individuals one time in life and in their later lives, they became something else. Why can't this people be disciplined? From my predictions, the latest causality maybe Floyd Mayweather. Because the way he is spending his money is unfathomable.

Why can't this guys look up to the likes of Sean John Combs, also known by his stage names Puff Daddy, Puffy, Diddy, and P. Diddy and Jay Z and model after them? These are the people that made it up there and stayed up there.
