When was the last time you renovated your house, office, church, mosque etc?
Why should the government that REPRSENTS all of us be different from the values of each one of us?

Sorry dont get it wrong... if you dont do your maintenance does not mean others dont do... The government as an institution should do and because there are statutory allowance that are meant for that reason but the funds are always diverted.
You should learn the right way and do what is needful at the right time.
