This issue has been bugging me for many years now and i need an answer. Why is it that when u cmmit to someone, others suddenly start getting in the way? Are all serious relationship doomed to fail?  |

Love itself does not necessarily hurt, it's the lack of things that are involved in that hurt, e.g trust, mutual love |

Love doesn't if u re not jealous. It starts hurting whn u re feeling insecure, nagging and jealous. try and understand wat love is - affection and compassion |

Love can really hurt but when you meet the right person it can be really nice and fulfilling! When you 'commit' to someone who 'commits' to you as well it is always nice. Don't feel bad, remember that you have to meet loads of bad people before the right one appears! It will happen, it always does! Trust me!  |

Love hurts, because the more u love, the more ur expectations of the "loved" one - and human beings, not being perfect will err, and this erring will cause disappointment and hurt. Love also hurts, because we look at those we love to fix that which is wrong in us. We see them as a solution and panacea to our imperfections. When we realise that they cant, this creates hurt. |
