The 30-years-old soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed he spends nearly half of his time in bed.

Speaking during an 'MTV Cribs'-style tour of his luxurious property in Madrid, Spain, Ronaldo shared: ''I spend nearly half a day [in bed] because to perform good and be at a good level you have to rest good.''


He quipped: ''The second or third most important place to me is the place where I eat - where I have my lunch and dinners because most of the times I eat at home.

''My chefs cook unbelievably for me, this is why I look like [this].''


''When I don't sleep enough, I get cranky and crazy.''
