Zero Percent Provision For Capital Expenditure ; Budget 2016 by tuniski: 6:09pm On Dec 23, 2015
After going through the budget as proposed by President Buhari, I am left with a simple question. Projecting to finance capital expenditure by domestic and foreign borrowing even when confidence is low and nigeria being delisted by international finance agents, the entire expected revenue is to be spent on recurrent expenditure even on faulty parameters!
It then begs the question that isn't it a case of zero provision for CAPEX from due earning outside of the gimmick of 30% as being brandished?
