Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A9, which is the company’s high-end smartphone in the A series with a metal frame and glass back and a fingerprint scanner. The device has a 6 inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

The smartphone is powered by the octa core Snapdragon 652 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.The Samsung Galaxy A9 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with OIS, S5K3L2 sensor, f/1.9 aperture and LED flash.

There is also a front facing 8 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 4000 mAh battery. The handset is available in White, Gold and Pink colour options. The price tag is yet to be known.

hmmm, good point, 6" super amoled, 8mp front camera and 4000 mah battery, no flagship has that, the only place they went easy was the processor
