Does anybody know the latest issue on the depositors money traped in those bank that could not meet up with CBN capitalization. it's as if cbn is silent on it.

They are not failed banks. They are persecuted banks. The CBN position on these banks is hypocritical.

CBN's Position from Day 1 via our dear Charles Soludo was that "Depositors fund is safe in its entirety in all the failed (whatever) banks.
But Nowadays, all we see is the man in glossy pages smiling and carting away awards while some depositors and their families are suffering and smiling.
I think the CBN Gov needs to come out and back up the statement he made like 2years ago. CBN has lost credibility on this one. They need to add that to their awards. angry angry
