Below is a month by month summary of a normal end of year plan for anyone importing goods from China;

1. November: Check manufacturer end of year program and new year holiday schedule.

2. December 11th maybe the last day to make your last order for the year ending before the New Year and Chinese new year Schedule.

3. February 1st-5th: Factory personnel start to travel back to their hometowns. Sales reps, engineers and management may still be around for a couple of days more.

4. February 8th: Chinese New Years Eve


5. February 15th: Management and Corporate workers return from Holidays.

6. February 22nd: Majority of Junior workers and Assembly personnel return finally.



7. March 7th: By now Operations are back to normal.
