Did it occur to you that the girl may not even know that she is HIV positive? Did you use a sterile needle to extract the blood and are you sure you did not infect her with Hepatitis in the process of extracting this blood? if you are a real doctor then your license should be seized immediately.

The ONLY reason you wrote all what you have written is because the hiv infested being is a female, So you feel personally attacked. I'm sure the the hiv infested lady isn't as angry as you are. I'm sure if the reverse was the the case, a man being hiv positive, you would have excused the way the result was taken.
Anyway the girl can press charges for being drugged while the guy can press charges for attempted murder. People have been sent to jail for deliberately infecting other people with hiv. In the lawful country you mentioned, it is a crime to infect someone with hiv, a man in the UK was sentenced to 3 years in prison for infecting his girlfriend.
So in the end maybe, the doc loses his license, the girl goes to jail or at least the world knows she is hiv positive and so everyone should stay clear.
