I dont trust this man. I remember he recently gave the army 30 all terrain cars for use against Boko haram. Who knows if he gave Boko haram the remaining 70(out of a possible 100). This man knows more about Boko haram than he is willing to admit. They will all be exposed soon. Bloody saboteurs!

I don't know you guys are always thinking negatively. May you have a negative mind.

Following recent attacks by Boko Haram insurgents on some parts of Borno State, Governor Kashim Shettima on Tuesday held a meeting with members of youth volunteers involved in counter insurgency operations popularly known as 'Civilian JTF' during which he appreciated their gallant efforts and unveiled welfare packages for them.
At an open session with majority of the volunteers, Governor Shettima paid glowing tributes to them for sacrificing their lives towards complimenting the efforts of armed forces to fight for the restoration of peace in the state. He said no amount of welfare package can equal the sacrifices being made by the volunteers especially given the fact that some of them had laid their lives for Borno State.
The Governor said despite its meager resource, the Borno state Government would expend whatever it takes to ensure that the volunteers were properly paid allowances, equipped and highly motivated. He announced a bonus of twenty million naira to the volunteers while directing that any backlog of allowances be paid immediately. Shettima directed the Ministry of Health to put a system in place that would guarantee free medical attention to all youth volunteers in all public hospitals in the state. He also ordered the supply of more patrol vehicles to the volunteers.

In the past administration,he was waiting for assistance and blaming GEJ for lack of support. Since PMB took over,he suddenly became proactive.
I hope people are taking note of this contrary behaviour from a single person.
Two types of management approach, all in one person.

Don't mind those lying liars that speaks with two different sides of their mouth #Hypocrites.

it was all done to send GEJ out, so that their god can come for them to worship.

How do we verify these are not boko members themselves?

Or How can we ensure that defeated Boko members dont join Civilian JFT?
