At this point in time, you refer to first bank as pensioner's bank? do you think its a joke that a financila institution is over a hundred years old and the most preffered by foreign organizations!? The fact that a branch of FBn is over crowded is not that they dont have good service but that they have the largest customer base in the country :Need you wonder why ?

Theres no services or product that the bank does not have, this bank once served as the Cbn of Nigeria go investigate.Give respect and kudos to whom deserve it and stop stating what you have no idea on.

DO THE PEOPLE YOU SEE QUEUING LOOK LIKE PENSIONERS?First bank is the only bank in nigeria that i respect and mind you ......All International organizations especially those who wish to invest in Nigeria have Fbn as one of their preffered banks in Nigeria infact some insist on Fbn

I DONT WORK THERE
Virtually all the First Bank branches I know are always crowded. Since the bank is more than 100 years as we know, that should give them ample experience on how to plan ahead and for the expansion. Why didn't the management of the bank thought it wise to create room for expansion? I know the amount of quality time I waste on frivolities each time I go to First Bank for business transaction. The take is the bank should plan ahead of time.
On the issue of 'pensioner' I raised, I do not mean everybody banking with First Bank are pensioners. Many of our aged parents have account with them. That my view.
#Thanks...

This is normal with firstbank. Its true they are efficient and more reliable but I don't think I can bank with them. This is the end time, see what someone will go through for his own money.

SIR KOL!
pls don't b passing ds kind of comment. this can happen in any otha bank. why r others not sitting on the floor too? northerners mainly can sit anywhere. judge a bank by its unique n dependable service (which I think first bank has wa-oed me with lately),n not by d behaviour of some customers.
