assistant general manager job is obviously an experienced position. You job experience may be more specific to the position whereas the other's MSc may be unrelated with less or not-so-related job experience. Your post is incomplete and may deceive people to think that a 3rd class isn't so bad, maybe not then when you got it but now, trust me there's almost no entry level position in a multinational company that won't filter third class graduates, especially without job experience. You are fortunate to have entered just before the market saturation of qualified and overqualified graduates. Grace you call it - whatever works for you. Congratulation btw
