TURNING YOUR MILLSTONE INTO A MILESTONE IN 2016
At the beginning of 2015 calendar, I remarked that it is unwise for anyone to get carried away with the euphoric “new year” celebration without devising comprehensive plans for the days that lies ahead. I criticised those who rely so much on shambolic charlatans forecast often called “prophesy” as a guide for their existential pursuits and as well identified the dangers that underscores such acts. The new year forecast and the frantic “new year-resolution” of course, are the perfect psychological recipes used by most charlatans to extort from their gullible members and as well create utopian impression that “all will be well” in the next 365 days, and this to a greater extent resonates well with Marxist popular dictum that religion is the opium of the people.
Obviously, the shift in calendar has not automatically usher in a holistic change in the universe as some religion opportunist would want us to accept. Thus, basking in the euphoric celebration of new-year without focusing more on personal development is quite irrational, especially in view of the recession affecting global economy. One thing is very certain, the class struggle is getting tougher by the day because of the state of economy and the Darwin “Survival of the fittest” dictum is about to play out tragically. As a way of evading the pawn role in this struggle, it behooves a sane mind to take precautionary measures and as well raise the standard higher in order to experience unprecedented quantum leap in 2016.
For the sake of precision, individuals need to focus more on Visions for personal development and work assiduously to experience the greatness they yearns for rather than relying on inconsistent Prophecies that often degenerates to mental laziness. Don’t get it twisted; being religious does not necessarily connotes spirituality, so, concentrating one’s efforts largely on religious activities rather than hard-work is illusionary. Above all, I wish you all a more fruitful and fulfilling days ahead.
