In Enugu State, something terrible happened in a community called Umuenem, Ezinesi-Oduma, in Aninri Local Government Area, on new year's day. Mrs Benedicta Anyim a step mom of one Friday Anyim was brutally murdered by her step son . Reports say that she was trying to settle an issue between the Friday and his sister when the guy axed her to death.

This whole thing started when Friday's elder sister called Abigail Anyim disapprovd her bother's intension of selling their pure water tnak to buy himself a commercial motorcycle.

The guy quickly grabbed an axe and threw it at his sister to make sure she is severely injured, but instead, his step mom was on the receiving end just when she wanted to make peace for them.

Ofcourse Friday immediately ran off when his step mom was gasping for breath as blood pumps outta her.

Enugu State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Ebere Amaraizu, has confirmed the dealt of the woman and says investigation has started.
