Please I have try the simple method of going to control panel to remove mcafee anti virus from add/remove column. The message is that another programme is using it. I went offline to do this again maybe there is conflict from the internet still no success,please help me.Thanks.

try to reinstall or repair the existing one. then you can uninstall

OR

put the installation disk and when it autoruns select uninstall. I used the same method once when I wanted to remove AVG on my system.

If any of them dont work the system should be having sality or another strog virus. So just backup data and reformat

Try using add/remove programme to uninstal it. If it fails to uninstal,then reformat it.If you don't know how to do that, contact me on +2347037384641 i will do it for you.You can as well give it to any engineer like me that is close to you.
