jimmiebone:I've been waiting for their reduced tariff for over a month now, and i feel cheated using my celtel line to make calls when i can pay half the price on MTN and glo. I dont have a choice but to let go of my celtel line now. I've since moved to MTN where i can enjoy free calls and reduced tariff. Celtel is now the most unserious network with the most ridiculous advertisement. |
