There is no call. Setting on infinix hot 4

I'm trying to "unhide" my caller ID but it's not working. People still say they see a private number when I call them. I've gone to settings and all of those steps on the internet, it's still not working. It's more like my settings are incomplete, I can't seem to find the button or place for "unhide" number.
