For the fact that we are still in the first month, the year is still fresh.
So therefore, happy new year to you all.
There are some things I see as exploitation but I do not know what any other person out there thinks about this same issue.
Should tenants be paying for the evacuation of shits from the septic tank or the suck away? What do you guys think? If tenants should be paying for the house rent, electricity bill, security fees, waste disposal charge, lots more and even for the evacuation of the suck away. What is the essence of the house rent? Landlord will just be collecting rent, year after year while tenants will be handling the subsequent maintenances of the same house he is paying for.
I have come across some landlords that were asking their tenants that was packing to pay for the suckaway that they have used.
Do you think this is good?

@OP, who was responsible in filling up the septic tank should pay for emptying it. Your rent gives you the privilege to stay in the house only. Every other utilities are your responsibility to take care of.
