Bacteria is a procaryotic cells that belongs to the
kingdom Monera,bacteria is a simple living
organism that is enclosed with rigid cell walls.
Bacteria is a microscopic organism that can only
be seen through the high power of a light
microscope. They are found in air,soil,inside living
organisms and water. Bacteria can be motile or
non-motile some motile ones have whip-like
structures called Flagella which enable them to
move about in water. Below are some diseases of
human beings. SHIGELLA DYSENTERIAE÷ causes
Bacterial dysentery. Can be contracted by food
and water contaminated with faeces and flies.
BORDETELLA PERTUSSIS÷ causes Whooping
