2: STREET FIGHTER V


Release date: 16 February 2016,

Platforms: PC, PS4

Street Fighter V is expected to arrive in early 2016. It was unveiled late last year at the 2014 PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas, and will be exclusive for Windows and PS4.


3: DUES EX: MANKIND DIVIDED

Release date: 23 February 2016,

Platforms: PC, Xbox One, PS4

15 years after the launch of the original Deus Ex, Square Enix announced at E3 2015 that a new game is coming to the franchise next year. Mankind Divided is set in an open world in the year 2029, in which the decisions you make will tailor the story, and the ending can be different for each player.



4: HITMAN

Release date: 11 March 2016,

Platforms: PC, Xbox One, PS4

Confirmed at E3 2015, a new Hitman game is coming at the end of the year. It’s the sixth game in the series.



5: UNCHARTED 4 A THIEF’S END

Release date: 26 April 2016,

Platforms: PS4

We are super-excited about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. It’s an upcoming third-person shooter that adds to the popular Uncharted series, following on from Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception but set three years after that game ended. Drake is joined by his apparently not-dead-after-all brother Sam as they attempt to solve a mystery involving pirates and, of course, hidden treasure.


6:QUANTUM BREAK

Release date: 5 April 2016,

Platforms: Xbox One

Exclusive to Xbox One, Quantum Break is an intriguing upcoming came that includes an episodic TV show that’ll change depending on the decisions you make during gameplay. There’s no release date yet aside from 2016, pushed back from 2015, but we’ve gathered everything we know so far in our Quantum Break release date and rumours round-up.



7: BATTLEBORN

Release date: 3 May 2016,

Platforms: PS4, Xbox One, PC

First-person shooter Battleborn is scheduled for release in 2016 and we’re getting excited. It’s a fun, colourful game that incorporates multiplayer online battle arena elements, set on a star called Solus where each species fled to in order to escape when their planets and stars were destroyed.



8: MIRROR’S EDGE: CATALYST

Release date: 24 May 2016,

Platforms: PS4, Xbox One, PC

The original free-running game Mirror’s Edge came out on Xbox 360 and PS3 in November 2008, with mobile versions launched in 2010. The new Mirror’s Edge was then announced in 2013 and Catalyst was originally supposed to be released on 25 February 2016, but we’ll now have to wait until 24 May. It should be worth the wait, though, with missions as well as puzzles and races to be completed in the city that’s free for you to explore.



9: NO MAN’S SKY

Release date: June 2016

Platforms: PS4, PC

No Man’s Sky is an incredibly cool-looking sci-fi game that lets players explore and survive in an infinite procedurally generated universe. 10: RECORE

Release date: June 2016,

Platforms: Xbox One

Xbox One exclusive ReCore is a new action-adventure game set to arrive in the second quarter of next year. The game follows the last few remaining humans on earth and their friendly robot companions, who together hope to tackle obstacles and enemy robots in an effort to rebuild humanity.
