Most at-times, in the begining of a relationship it starts with good repects from both parties,.later on, the guys always lost their respect, is it because of the intimacy or it just happened normally like, (me and my gurl still dey respect each other till now),
ladies lets no why u re so quick to loose ur respect??

Do you mean why we so quickly loose respect for our men?

If so the answer is simple you have done something to no longer deserve it.

Respect is earned and once earned you must keep it or you will loose it.

not all men deserve respect. some loose it along the way and some shouldnt have gotten it at the first place(some ignorant woman are kind enough to give it away freely).
respect is earned and should always be a reward to good deeds, not just given away because you are together.

if you pay the rent for the family but beat your woman black and blue, there is no respect for you.
if you take good care of your wife but yet, fool around with ashawos in plain view of the whole world then there is no respect for you.

what i find is a lot of men mistake curtesy for respect!

it is only naturally that when you meet someone you are overly cuterous and polite etc, however as you become fond of each other and more relaxed you settle into a routine and some of those initial efforts are done away with.

doesn't mean she doesnt respect you any more it just means she is fond of you like that and feels you can both share a joke in certain tones etc, without feeling the need to constantly impress or walking on egg shells

it only becomes a problem when this exceeds a limit and ppl start feeling taken for granted - familiarity can breed contempt

@Topic: Respect comes in a number of ways, but respect, as we used to know it in the days of old, is dead! It died with the introduction of equal rights grin grin
