Bros Nigeria law system is a Scam. Even if d guy perfected his bail & later go to jail. Does that pay back the victim money? Nigeria problem is in their law. Imagine the Dasuki palava, asking those guys to just refund d stolen money & walk free, Do u actually know how much that money has generate to them? or how many people have died as a result of those stolen money? People like them who refund should forfeit their 2/3 of their property to d Government & work free while those that refuse to return should be jail for life & forfeit everything they own.

A criminal is caught,and all of a sudden he or she is granted bail...My question now is;who will pay for the loss of the victim,because once a criminal is set free & asked to pay up or refund back to the victim,the law in Nigeria doesn't do much to follow up the case,to make sure that the victim gets back their money/properties.

If those criminals gets to perfect their bail conditions,i don't think the said pastor would ever lay his hands on that money.
