Good Evening everyone, please am new to this forum, and would like to know if any body has used EMS (Nipost) courier service to send any transcript to CGFNS and if yes how long does it take to get to CGFNS.

Once Cgfns receives a requirement from you, it takes additional 25 days to be effected on your page. I know they are currently experiencing high influx of applications, this may also add to the delay. Keep checking your page for updates and exercise patience.
Waiting is a beast, I know.

Are you tracking the document? I used EMS once, during tracking, I was redirected to USPS immediately it left Nigeria... What's your experience while tracking.
So I used DHL for all other mails.

Cgfns case now as it seems has to do with a lot of patience ooo.... With some they are fast, with some they are slow.!! As long as you send your documents correctly, you should get on fine and I also know you probably have to bombard them with calls a little bit if that helps...
I do call them a lot even though sometimes they might not respond but it sure help..

Congrats man. Please i will like to know some things about uworld. What were your scores in Uworld before writing NCLEX.?
IYIMAN:

Thanks..
CVS $390... More expensive than CES (only New York)

Nursing Board $143

Books $74

Uworld $79.85

Nclex $200

Others personal logistics.

Visa, traveling for exam

School , council, courier.. Depends on you and the institutions.
You can use agents to bear all your costs. This is just my DIY

56% lowest, 74% highest (exam week). From several online forum, I think 60% is a comfortable zone. Though a few claimed 75% in uworld and failed nclex, so maybe no score is sacrosanct... Nclex is Nclex

Sigh.... All these delays and delays, would you atleast be exempted from it if you apply for the expedited service? And again Auschris stated that it takes 25 days for cgfns to send you a message on receiving your documents, are you suppose to wait till then before applying for the expedited service, or you could go ahead after you track it delivered to them.... M a lil but confused by this.....

If some of us who are now battling with peanut salary from the Federal government, halfsal from some Governors, Nodal from others have had wealth of information like this in our service year, we wouldn't have experienced the distress in Nigeria nursing house.
So bro, if you were my mother-born, I will say start now, by the time service ends, you might have been ready for a place where you don't need to put your gloved-hand under a patient's bumbum to poo on in the name of improvisation.

Please help.when I was about get to the payment page CES in cgfns website the page refused to move until I tick verification of my secondary school certificate. So my question is for who choose Texas as the board for their Nclex did you do verification of secondary result because I saw on the page that it is a must.
Also is school of nursing certificate enough for me to eligible to write Nclex. Although I finished my bnsc since last year but LAUTECH palava as not made me to collect my results

Start now, the earlier the better, at least it would make up for the delays you get eventually,
NYSC isn't a restriction...

It's a must you fill in details of your secondary school, post secondary too if you attended any.... If you do this, you shouldn't have any problem with the payment page, all they need is your secondary school details, date of grad, name used while in the school, if the school is still in existence n all...... Don't think that's an issue......you only verify your nursing license and get your professional and academic transcript sent to 'em from your school, that's with the cgfns form filled
