Sleeping more than 9 hours a day, or may be sitting too long and lack of exercise can be as harmful to health as smoking or drinking too much alcohol and quadruple the risk of premature death, according to a study warning of top researchers.

2. More than 8hrs rest is also dangerous

Water... 1. Drinking up to 8glasses of water is good for u
