Government Ekpemupolo, is a Nigerian militant commander of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta.
A federal high court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has ordered the arrest of former militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo. Ibrahim Buba, the presiding judge, gave the order on Thursday, after Tompolo again failed to show up in court to honour a summons on fraudulent land contract for the construction of Nigerian Maritime University. Tompolo had told The Media on Wednesday that he was yet to receive the court’s summons. More to follow…
