The main excuse is that they can't contact supplier online and I need to include Aliexpress supplier phone number, which I can't find anyway on the site. I doubt of any other channel ,if its Alixpress you can inquire from customer reps if they could accept Paypal.but 1688 and taobao you need Alipay or wechat .
