Does Buhari respect court rulings? Hypocrites
Why should he respect court ruling for someone that can't give proper account of how he spent such amount of money , for some one who don't give a fork if you live or die and you wake up in the morning singing the national anthem on an empty stomach abeg rethink again

Anarchy Looming! Buhari govt disobeying court ruling under the pretence of fighting corruption and individual like Tompolo also daring supremacy of court. Some are supporting Buhari because of their affection for him while some are support jusr an individual to disobey court for disaffection for Buhari/APC govt and others believe rule of law must be obeyed by both govt and citizens. Emotions should be laid off we should all be law abiding. CJN & NASS should strengthen our legal system/judiciary and executive arm should obey at all time and enforce court orders.

Your obsession with secessionist agenda being behind every social cum political unrest in the south is sickening and appalling. You have since been dancing naked in the market with your paid pretentious and prevaricating submissions recently. There is just no difference between you and FFK in our political niche. People like you are in extension the reason Nigeria is the way the it is. No notable ideology and a lot of disjointed and inconsistent normative vision and stance.

Some people have been scheming to ginger Tompolo to go against the State so that they can push forward their seccessionists agenda(which is dead on arrival), but Tompolo keep frustrating them.

Yesterday, he pledged loyalty to Nigeria(the Ijaw position)

Today, he is saying that he's willing to help arrest the culprit.

An average Ijawman is calculating. Tompolo can't dare the State

Totally agree.....and we know who they are...cowards trying to hide and use ijaws.... grin

Chief Government Tompolo Vs Gen. Mohammedu Buhari, @ first Buhari blocked his business account for close to six months now, without any court order, secondly he (Tompolo) sue the government to court and dey refused to appear, thirdly, the court invited Tompolo, and he refused to honour the invitation, and lastly the court and federal govt decleared him wanted, the question is how are we sure there will be a fair hearing wen he eventually agree to show up @ d court, from over 8 cases the fed Govt has disobeyed court judgement, and they choose to be a judge in their own case.

Dat is d problem and most people are so blind to see.. Tompolo first took FG and DSS to court for blocking his company and personal accounts, FG and DSS refused to appear and FG was supported by these people insisting that Tompolo should obey court orders .. in return FG through EFCC invited him and he issued a press statement that the FG, EFCC and DSS has disobeyed court orders on this issue and stated that he will not appear until FG obeys existing court orders.. is this Govt too big to obey court orders? Y does FG require people to obey court orders when they have reduced the courts to mere goats that cannot bite..
Since this Govt want to be lawless they don't have any moral right to make people law abiding..
Let anarchy reign that is what PMB and his team wants.

Government Ekpemupolo (AKA Tompolo) has dissociated himself from the wanton attacks on oil installations in the Warri area of Delta state on Friday.

Tompolo, who condemned the attacks in a telephone chat with our reporter, did not rule out connection between the destruction and the arrest warrant issued by a Federal High Court in Lagos.

He said, “I am not responsible for the attack and I condemn it as a dastardly act. I am aware that some persons might want to destroy oil installations and link it with me that was why I said before time that I have nothing to do with it.

“I could not have gone ahead to carry out such action knowing that every finger will be pointed at me because of my case with the Federal Government,” he added.

Tompolo, who spoke through Mr. Paul Bebenimibo, his media aide, urged those who carried out the attacks to change their ways.

He said he was willing to help the Federal Government and relevant security operatives fish out the masterminds of the attacks and bring them to book.

How can he obey court orders when the FG hasn't done the same...he knows if he gets a fair verdict from the court, the FG will disobey court orders. I knew it will come to this. This is just the begining...

Obasanjo did it in Odi(Bayelsa) in 1999, and Ziki Biam(Benue) two years after. He also did similar thing in Warri in 2004.

Yar'adua did it in Warri in 2009 before Tompolo surrendered.

Jonathan did it in Warri(Delta) in 2010.

In 2009 when tompolo was surrendering, he did with tears. All he said was "All is well" after seeing the damage his stubborness had caused. Trust me these guys know that the spirit of Ijaw isn't with them because Ijaws don't support crime. Tompolo will appear in court. He knows that daring the government will be suicidal

You're funny Barcanista. Tompolo will appear in the court? Very funny. You seem not to understand a militant like himself does not have the moral magnanimity to present himself before a court. That will happen only if he's arrested. When he refuses to heed the summon,I'll make sure to remind you I told you so.
