the u.s knows it can't do without Russia and China in world affairs, especially now that Putin has put Russia back into the super power map.

I can't stop loving this people. What she said is the truth. When important issues comes up, the yankees can't do without confiding in Russia. Obama, the puppet president of the fast becoming police state cum United States of Agression, seem to have forgotten that Moscow and Beijing are veto wielding permanent members of the UN security council: a professor of law and of reason indeed! How disapointed those who gave him the Nobel Peace Prize must be feeling right now. His state of the union speech was coated with lies, further entailing the pathetic world of a man living in self delusion and misplaced reality. To be honest the statement is very true and the reason for this is simple. U.S being the leader of the empire needs all forms of negociation with its major players balancing and limiting its power to act with impunity. Naturally, it was easier for U.S after the 9/11 (biggest false flag ever known to human being on planent earth) to bomb any country mostly in the middle east without the need to call Russia.

What you have today is a Russia that got tired of the whole game (lies) being played by the U.S since the fall of the soviet union. Soviet union was very much balancing the power back then. But since it weakening, saw U.S and its puppets act with impunity all over the world.
The planent Earth is much safer when you have balance of power in other words a multi-polar world.

Having said that, U.S knows the implications of bombing for example Russia's airforce stationed in Syria and again when you lie too much, you need more lies to back your previous lies. Natually lies after a long time turn to the truth in the victims eye but only if it was a successful lie. In the case of U.S, the lies are failling and people are becoming to understabd the game being downplayed.

lastly, it's in the interest of the american people for the head of the empire to call Russia first cos russia (Russian arms a natural veto power) is U.S fearest Nation on planent earth. U.S will forever avoid any confrontation with Russia but continue to push its puppets and proxies to fight Russia.
