The king of the jungle No one sees them and their stomach won't rumble

Throats,they slit Fire for fire,blade did blade Death they heap and escape they make Cities they ransack with bloodied hands Blood in their eyes,scorpions in their heads They kick the bucket but keep on replenishing Kill! Kill! Kill! Their ideology.

Who is behind them? When will they be confronted? When will they be neutralized?
