Today monday 18th of january 2016, Aba the commercial hub of Abia State, South Eastern part of Nigeria were today witnessed another side of pro-biafra agitation, according to an eye witness Mr Chigaemezu Ogu who is a trader in Ariaria told our correspondent that Aba was grounded and no business was transacted by traders today, he further said that the group of indegenous people of biafra IPOB including Men, Women and Youths unanimousely came out in mass through out Aba metropolis from Ngwa Road, Osioma, Faulks Road, Ariaria etc chanting war songs, spreading biafra flag and playcards that reads FREE NNAMDI KANU, FREE OUR LEADER, GIVE US BIAFRA' mr chigaemezu called on president muhammadu buhari to look into their plight to restore peace and normalcy in the country, another eyewitness who does'nt want his name in print said that exactly 2pm people of Ariaria international market Aba reportedly closed down after a period of sporadic gun shot by the millitary personels, people were reportedly scampered for safty, while some angry youths were burning tyres, at the time of filling this report all the efforts made by our correspondent to reach D.PO Ariaria head quarter proved abortive.
