By JUMI RHODES Photo News: Senator Hadi Sirika, Nigeria's Minister of State for Aviation, is a big polo player and patron. Not many know that he is the founder of Rubicon Polo Team. Sirika has been playing polo for over 14 years. He started riding horses back in Katsina and later learnt how to play polo in Lagos. He is a member of the prestigious Lagos polo club.
