*the truth is so plain, all one has to do is look close enough...is "CAF" an english word?? CAF means CONFEDERATION OF AFRAICAN FOOTBALL...thts french! (thts y it is translated backwards in english...if it was english it wud'v been AFC, tht is, AFRICAN FOOTBALL CONFEDERATION.. now thts english! thts y we have NFF, NIGERIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION, and not FNF, FEDERATION OF NIGERIAN FOOTBALL...feel de flow now..??) ISSA HAYATU hs completely restructured CAF such th now CAF is set up as french! the president is french! his boys r french! so tell me hw someone from another african block of countries can win it

...hence the structure is configured such tht only francophone country can win it...besides, CAF awards only replaced de FRENCH FOOTBALL AWARDS so tell me y the whole tin wont be frech-biased...also, wen last did u hear a player from other african countries win the award except these our french 'brothers'...i just hope mikel has landed back in his private "Chelsea machine" early enough to make it for this weekend matches*

saying this will only undermine the reason he was nominated...the final award is based on votes by African coaches and captain! Mikel have his area of strenght that Yaya did not have and vice versa.Yaya maybe better in attack,but Mikel tidy up his role very well last year.His tackle's better than Yaya's,his teamwork too.We all know Yaya's better at what he does too.Just before you think of skill and etc...Cannavaro edge out Zidane to win the world best,so its not only about a certain ability...impact of a player on his team also count! Dont say cos Mikel cant play like yaya,he does not even deserve to be given the award. Dont compare player with one eye...be more detailed.I think those that picked Yaya must have seen the goals and good qualities which they think out-weighed Mikel...and I agreed with them tho its desirable for our boy to win it!
