Found this post on Facebook and decided to share. Dear Bank and Bankers.... Don't give me a weird look when I come to deposit #950 If at all I want to consider banking. I don't mind using quite a number of deposit slips in splitting my deposits in #950s. I can't stomach the #50 deductions. Times are hard. The government has done absolutely nothing to better my life, so why should I feel #50 is nothing when I haven't received a kobo from the government. Abi na my papa get CBN? I haven't read where Greece, or European countries were having financial crisis and tasked the citizens on every transaction. It is uncalled for. But wait a minute! Is that what the IMF chief taught u guys? Or you guys are just clueless in handling the financial crisis? If this policy is not reversed or amended, I am sorry, I will go back to ancient banking, the 'kolo bank', where I don't get charged stupidly. My money is safe. I'm the teller man! The account officer!! And The security officer!!! Yours Faithfully, Emmanuel Iwuchukwu *Why would I be charged #50 to enable someone enrich himself?* Cc:emmanuel iwuchukwu/facebook |
