ishowdotgmail: Ah...when you said very tall, I was expecting 1.88m above You need to loose some weight for your BMI to fall within 18.5–25.0 (to be safe). With your 1.79m and 91kg, your BMI is 28.4. That's like overweight. 2 Likes |

omaigala12: if you had the patience of reading like 3 threada before yours you’ll realize the question has been answered, in as much as we’re all here to help each other they’re certain questions that in one way or the other someone had answered already, when I joined this thread I’m 2018 I took it upon myself to start from page 1 not because I was jobless but there’s a price to pay for information either in cash or time(time is money). before this registration started Ugo, Sikowitz17 etc took their to lay down everything for a time like this, you want to come claim savage shey, just imagine yourself asking what is the use of reference form when it’s boldly written *REFRENCE FORM* haba oga reason am now, won’t still be surprised if your kind would still come and ask what the documents printed would be used for and are we supposed to go to the screening view with the documents? 5 Likes |

DadyTrillion: This is close to the truth though. If I remember vividly on this thread from last year's recruitment, one moniker: "explosiveskull" had a BMI of 28 and wasn't flagged. To be safe let the BMI just be a little/way under 30. 1 Like |

Avoid unhealthy habits like drinking alcohol, taking harmful substances like tobacco, weed, Shisha, sholi, boscolo, pacalin, codeine, tramadol, gum etc and if you do start detoxifying your system ahead of time because if detected in your blood stream/urine(which must happen) it's express withdrawal without review. Watch your weight Army sometimes consider those with BMI of 28/29 but to be on a safe side please try as much as possible to fall within the normal range (18.5 to 25) the medical examiner may decide to change his mind and stick to the standard (it's at their discretion). Those with umbilical hernia should get it fixed(it's a very simple operation and there is still enough time to heal), those with terrible dentition should go fix it, If you have/had pile go and treat it, also don't forget to keep fit. Cardio exercises like jogging, skipping, pushup, sit-up etc should be incorporated into your workout regime. Ensure you print out all the printables or save them as PDF in your phone and also send to the cloud(email, Google drive etc), the portal have being having kois-kois since Day 1 of registration, so be wise no one knows what will happen at the close of registration and what they will come up with so be a step ahead of the game. God bless you all Yield to Nothing because victory is from God Alone. 4 days left 10 Likes |
