TripAdvisor's global hotels released lists of top hotels in the world. Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India was voted best hotel in the world. The beautiful palace set on 26 acres of lush gardens has 64 hotel rooms and suites within the Art Deco palace. One of the largest private residences in the world was built between 1928 and 1943 for Maharaja Umaid Singh. Average rate is $734 per night.
