I am new into this sector and would like your candid opinions about building a 3-unit row/terrace duplex of 4 bedroom each.

I have a parcel of land about 700 sq. m. Will this conveniently carry the plan with spacious rooms?

700 square metres may or may not conveniently accomodate 3 units of terrace building (all duplex). It depends on a lot of factors;
Firstly, Is your land rectangular in shape or a perfect square i.e with 750 square metres, there is a possibility that that your land may for instance be 50 metres by 15 metres or appox. 27 metres by 27 metres.

With the former dimension, the land of 750 sq. metres will conveniently accommodate even more than 3 units

But with the latter dimension, lots of design parameters must be put in place to achieve the aforementioned set goal. It may require you to have a different design for approval.

@design5, the actual dimensions r 37.7m by 18.4m, what do u think? the 18.4m faces the road
