If you must drink garri, first refry a reasonable quantity with your cooking pot, to kill any virus that may be there, allow it cool down, ensuring it is fully protected, and thereafter store it in a container with cover. That garri should be striktly for drinking, while the other one not refried can be made into eba. Just for caution, because you cannot identify which garri is free from virus in the market.
