We are here to learn how to let soul get in control of our lower selves . We're are up and down. Some days we're doing great, other days we are not. But the worst thing we can do is feel guilty and start criticizing or blaming ourselves saying I have sinned.

An interesting definition of sin comes from the Greeks, "harmatanein." It means to err, to miss the Mark. Rather than implying an after life spent in hell it simply means to miss the mark .
