This brings to my mind a cobbler(also crippled) in Uyo;he has a kiosk where customers bring in their shoes,bags etc to be mended.Interestingly,mobility is a bit easy for him; as he has a small bicycle-like contraption that he moves around with whenever he leaves his premises. His skills are at par (if not exceptional) in comparison to his able-bodied counterparts(the abokis) that move from place to place plying their trade.

A great dude with a friendly attitude too.
