First, President Buhari is charismatic. Secondly, some of his ministers are really focusing on the big picture without the usual noise associated with Nigerian politicians. In this picture, I can see the Minister of Trade and Investments who may have played key role in attracting the interest of US investors beside the President. The Ministers in charge of Foreign Affairs, with those of Finance and National Planning did not did not take glory for the successful bilateral agreement with the UAE.
