Nigeria's minister of Youth and Sports, Barr Solomon Dalung -has been under the spotlight recently for pulling various moves in public like eating at a motor park in Jos with citizens watching him in awe. Now the minister was spotted mingling with the disadvantaged and less privileged. He interacted with them to know areas they need help.
