Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy meal in the morning sets you in the right mood for the rest of the day and prevents illnesses such as # ulcer and an increased risk of high blood pressure.

People trying to achieve # weightloss often believe that skipping breakfast helps burn fat. Not true! that infact causes more harm.
