Watch several Nollywood movies and you will be appalled at the frequency (to monotonous levels)some phrases are deployed. Some of these are

"for crying out loud"

"you can say that again"

"Aks" for the English word "Ask"

Which other ones jar your ears?

sometimes ago in yoruba films in particular and translation leaves little to de desired.
