Hello guys, there is this free ICT program hosted by a philantrophist in my localty. And as it, I was chosen to be a member of the regulatory board which of course I have no past experience of or, to use the word, clueless about. Now, we are told, as first assignment , to set up a test for applicants of which also I have no faint idea of.

So guys if it were up to you, what test will you suggest for people with no past knowledge of computer? Remember, in the sense of it.
