OP, you're very correct. I could remember when i was doing my NYSC and i went to the bank to reactivate my account which was dormant, the lady working there became a little unfriendly with me. She was saying something trying to make mockery of me.

And I raised my voice and said hey gurl, would you reactivate my account and check if money had been paid into this particular account please?
