Heartland Alliance International- Nigeria, a services based human rights organization is currently recruiting to fill the positions listed below. Candidates must meet the minimum requirements listed and should be committed to the promotion of human rights, regardless of age, ethnicity, class, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity. Candidates must be willing to work with diverse population in a supportive and accepting manner.
●Position: Nurse Case Manager ●Location: Lagos

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing/Midwifery. Being a Registered Nurse will be an added advantage
• At least two years clinical experience as a social worker/Nurse strong skills in record keeping.
• Developing and updating client case files and tracking client’s progress.
• Experience providing community based care and support services for individual living with HIV/AIDS is a plus.
• Able to provide compassionate care in a supportive non-judgmental manner,
