REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
University degree in Marketing or related degree.

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
1. 2-4 years’ experience in brand management at a multi-national company/brand (FMCG)
2. Drive for results and leaderships skills.
3. Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
4. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
6. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. Knowledge in market activities (storm activities,surveys,executions,POSM)
10. Knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint.
