Coming to your town soon, homes would be able to connect to super fast internet I mean around 40-100 Mbps connection at affordable rates around N3000 per month per household, unlimited data usage.

Should I dream on?
Did a quick search on any progress along this line and found West Africa Cable System as a close link if you want to achieve such. Even closer maybe phase3 telecom. I'm still researching on these I'd think them NITel could leverage on infrastructure in place already.
I don't know much so I'd appreciate some persons talking about these issues and maybe suggest any real practical solution.
Saw a documentary about July last year and my thoughts is lots of work might have went on for more of Kenyan internet service served with more efficient and adequate broadband network.
